According to www.malaysiakini.com , the leaders of HINDRAF were arrested but subsequently released on bail today.
Thou, I disagree with HINDRAF action, but I strongly feel that HINDRAF should be permitted to organize a peaceful rally. We are a democratic country, so if it is a peaceful rally, why not?
The police can always facilitate the rally to control and maintain law and order. Should there is any unruly behaviours then the organizer should be held responsible. I believe we are all mature citizens of this country and we should / can accept some dissent.
